P01.126.1S17 - Elevating K-1 Reading Instruction

Course Details
Course Description: This course strengthens two key domains from the Danielson Framework for Teaching: (1) Planning & Preparation and (2) Instruction. Part of this course is devoted to planning—creating tools to monitor students’ learning on a daily basis and examining student data in order to prepare how to use that information to differentiate instruction. The bulk of this course is essential strategies needed to strength reading instruction in the classroom. Effective teachers will be able to use sessions focusing on planning in conjunction with our instructional sessions in order to boost student achievement within their classrooms.
