Course Description: Bring Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.) to your students through a project based framework. Project based learning allows students to gain knowledge and skills through an investigation, often responding to an authentic problem or challenge. Participants in this course will engage in several local projects focusing on water systems. They will learn S.T.E.M content while learning about local organizations and resources to support instruction. Sessions provide cross-curriculum connections which emphasize the relationship between science, technology, engineering and math while incorporating relevant links to literacy. **This course involves extensive walking**
