Introducing A+ credits through ASPDP
A+ credits are a new credit designation created in partnership with the UFT and the DOE. Teachers hired on or after September 1, 2017 will be required to take a certain number of A+ credits in order to file for the salary differential. Please see this FAQ for more information on requirements.
All ASPDP courses in the Fall 2019, Spring 2020 and Summer 2020 catalogs can be used for either A+ or P credits. This means that all teachers can count ASPDP courses towards their salary differential requirements, including A+. Courses taken through ASPDP will also continue to count towards your CTLE hours.
The Fall 2019 catalog opens on September 16th for registration. We hope to see you in class!
